Do I need to have an account to shop with you?
You can shop at The Bougie Buffalo without creating an account. However, register with us. Always save your address and payment details so you can shop even quicker next time. You also have the option to edit your details.
How can I place an order?
Shopping at The Bougie Buffalo is very easy. First, use the e-store link to find what you like. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click the 'ADD TO CART button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING CART' link at the top right of the page. You can add or remove any items before checking out. Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE to complete your order, and you're done.
How will I know that you have received my order?
The Sales Order Summary emailed to you will act as confirmation that your order has been logged in our record. If you do not get this email, please contact Customer Services at …………………..
How can I check the status of my order?
As soon as your order is placed, you will be emailed an Order ID and your Order Confirmation. This is what will help you track your order(s).
Can I cancel my order?
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch, we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. Can I add items to the existing order or make changes to an order?
Unfortunately, it is impossible to combine orders or add items to an existing order once it has been processed.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card to make payments?
